“I’ve been training since I was 16 and my body have kind of hit a plateau. I wanted to take on a new challenge that will educate me on new training methods and most importantly flexible dieting. This is exactly what LFF offers and a lot more and so I decided to join the community.

I’ve learned that BALANCE and CONSISTENCY is key. Food is not the enemy and most certainly doesn’t have to be dry and tasteless. I feel amazing! I am a shy person but after this Challenge I’m so much more confident and I’m am flaunting the mental and physical progress I have made. I really enjoyed the wonderful recipes that you can pick and choose from, I love healthy food, and with all the easy and tasty recipes that LFF offers my life is complete.

I am beyond happy with my progress and so grateful to have been part of the Challenge. I can see the efforts and time that you put into your work for the LFF babes it’s so inspiring and very appreciated.”
