“Honestly, I was so sick of diet culture and fad diets. I wanted to do something that was a healthy lifestyle change, a new way of living. More importantly a sustainable way of living. I wanted to not only feel better in my body but also mentally. I wanted a better relationship with food and not something where I felt punished or deprived. I wanted something that was sustainable and attainable. That is what I love so much about this Challenge. It teaches you that there is no quick fix. That your success is the sum total of small decisions that you make each and every day. Progress over perfection coupled with a good amount of consistency can really help you achieve more than you will ever know.
Leiere creates a safe space for you to feel vulnerable and share your struggles and successes with ladies who have a like minded goal. It’s a truly fantastic platform and I am very grateful.
The biggest challenge for me, was adapting when life didn’t always go as planned. I must say that having my meal plans worked out for me, took a lot of stress of my plate. Not having to worry about calorie counting ect. I just made my food, which is delicious by the way and ate it. Also Leiere has an amazing array of recipes which really teaches you that you can eat a healthy balanced diet which is delicious too!
I really enjoyed the meal plan and seeing progress. I also enjoyed the idea of accountability and a personalized touch. It’s reassuring to know that there is a professional who always has your best interest at heart.
