Reflecting on your journey is so important and NOW is the perfect time to do just that. I want you to apply this reflection to the remainder of your journey to achieve the best possible results! Let’s do something a little bit different – all you need is a pen and your diary!
I would love if you can write down your answers to the questions below, and KEEP THEM till the very end. You will be blown away by how far you’ve come already, and how much more you’re going to achieve!
REMEMBER THE GOAL YOU’VE SET FOR YOURSELF IN THE BEGINNING OF THE CHALLENGE – HOW IS IT REALLY GOING?
This is an important question to ask yourself because we want to make progress after all. Do you feel like you’re getting closer to achieving some of them? Are they realistic and achievable? And YES, you can still tweak em! Tweaking your goals as you go is definitely something you can do, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with doing that! There are two important things when it comes to setting a goal – the EFFORTS and EXPECTATIONS. What you put in is what you get out – how is that going for you?
ANY OBSTACLES – BIG OR SMALL?
My girls, DON’T be afraid to face these challenges! They will forever find a way to come into our lives, leaving us with no other option as to take a detour. Focus on finding ways to OVERCOME them – they will always be there. Remember that nothing worth having is ever easy!
CELEBRATE THE WINS – BIG AND SMALL! WHAT ARE YOUR WINS SO FAR?
It might feel as if you haven’t achieved much in the last fews weeks, but I want you to dig a little deeper. Maybe you’re getting comfortable in the kitchen and for the first time putting together delicious meals, which you’ve NEVER done before! Maybe, you have become stronger and found a new level of endurance, being able to get through your workouts more efficiently! My girls, ALL your achievements are amazing and worth celebrating. BIG AND SMALL! Just remember – the best is yet to come!
