“After having a baby I had been struggling to get back into any kind of exercise and eating routine. I was feeling unhappy & uncomfortable in my own body and didn’t know how to start or stick to a program. A friend recommended the Challenge as she’d done the previous one and was very happy with the results. I really felt like a needed a step by step, detailed guide that I could just follow without having to spend hours researching & still not knowing if I was doing the right thing. Also the accountability of being in a challenge where there are check ins was something I needed to push me and keep me motivated.
I’m extremely proud of myself for sticking to the eating plans and workout schedule. Much more confident about my body, stronger & fitter. I’ve learnt more about which exercise I enjoy and I’m good at, also what foods my body responds to. I’ve been disciplined in my choices and I’m really proud of the consistency.”
