“All my life I have been fit and healthy and had good posture and always a flat belly, but after being pregnant with 2 babies in 2 years my abs was all stretched out. I felt a little conscious about my little belly. Running my own business and having 2 children (1 baby still breastfeeding), literally makes it impossible to go to a gym. When I saw that the LFF Challenges can be done at home, I made a point in signing up as soon as I was allowed to after my recovery time.

These 8 weeks truly helped me getting into routine. I did this for myself, having that 1 hour a day for myself (even with a toddler climbing over and a baby crawling under me). This Challenge is not just for physical health but this helps me staying sane and together mentally. It showed me that you can train anywhere and anytime. Just put your mind to it and DO IT! Nutrition wise – have a feast, but in moderation! I ate food that I never thought would go together. For the first, I learned how to make tasty rice haha, (yes I was that bad). I feel SUPER accomplished and PROUD of myself!
