“I lost myself in work life, had no discipline or set program for my lifestyle. The more I looked in the mirror, the less motivation I had. I felt lost as to where to begin, so I never begun. And it just kept getting worse. As to a point where even my family got concerned. Life is stressful, but LFF taught me that you have to prioritise your health. I saw an add for the next LFF Program and knew I seriously needed some guidance and that it is ok not to be okay / know what to do. LFF shows jou exactly what to do, and how to do it, dream food to exercises, so it helped me A LOT. I also stopped putting so much pressure on myself, exercising became a habit and also my lifestyle made some major shifts for the good. It’s ok to slip up now and then, life is life, but you have to be consistent if you want results and LFF really seemed like the motivation for a healthy lifestyle I lacked.
I saw exercise as a quick fix and because we live in an instant gratification world, I had put so much pressure on myself for results within a week. This Challenge taught me that it is a PROCESS, that requires time and consistency. It challenged me mentally to stay in a routine, because I was usually all over the place doing different exercises in a place of desperation. It challenged me in my eating habits, since I only sat infront of a laptop, eating once maybe tops twice a day. But after 4 weeks, all the training and nutrition became a habit or more of a need. I couldn’t believe I survived a day without consuming the needed amount of calories. It also changed my mind towards the amount of calories that I needed to consume. I must say, I was a bit anxious when Leiere increased my calorie intake, but was soon relieved when I saw the results. Since I am a control freak, it challenged me to trust a professional.
I’m very proud of myself, for the first time in a long time. I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves. I feel really confident about the fact that after this Challenge, I have made some mental changes together with my physical changes. I’m overall a more positive and less stressful person, and it’s not just the dopamine talking. I’m happy with my lifestyle and understand that this is going to have to be an ongoing thing.
What I really enjoyed was the overall experience! The portal, food, community, exercises and even the fact that it was so interacting. I loved every part of it! Thank you for all your hard work and love you poured into this Challenge.”
