“I needed help and guidance to become a happier and healthier me. I was tired of having low energy levels, no motivation to workout and having no clue how to fuel my body properly. I decided to take on this LFF Challenge as the first step to create a happier and healthier version of myself. 8 weeks later and I’ve lost 23.5cm overall, I have tons for energy and motivation to continue this journey and now have the knowledge to fuel my body in the right way. I’m so glad I decided to take this first step.
The LFF community is so encouraging and inspiring. I love how personalized everything is from check in messages to meal plan updates, LFF really just creates an environment where you can thrive and grow into a new and better version of yourself while equipping you with knowledge to continue to grow.
Food = fuel, so make sure you are fuelling your body in the correct way with the correct food. This Challenge pushed me out of my comfort zone to try food combinations I would have never thought of and pushed me in my training to become fitter and stronger. I feel so proud of myself. Just looking at how the last 8 weeks have completely changed my mindset and the way I look at myself is incredible. I have so much more energy and generally just feel like a happier person overall.
