“I decided to take on this LFF Challenge because I wanted to get fit and lose some weight after my pregnancies. I also wanted to achieve an overall change in how I view exercise and eating so that it can become my lifestyle and not just an 8 week Challenge. I absolutely LOVED the training exercises, although they were very tough for me. The days when I trained I felt so good and had so much more energy than the days when I didn’t. It proved to me again how exercising can really help improve your state of mind and tone your body too. I am definitely going to keep at it, as much as possible. I am feeling so much more confident in my body and the clothes that I wear. I am feeling so much more energetic and healthy. I am loving my progress and wish to continue on this journey as I know I have still have more progress to make.
Leiere you did an amazing job, really. My meal plans were all amazing, although there were some things that I have never eaten before – I challenged myself to give it a try and found out that I really do like the foods you gave me on my meal plans.”
