“I have always struggled with stickng to a program because all my previous diets were highly restricted and unsustainable which made it impossible to make it a lifestyle. I have never been happy with the way my body looks to a point where it started affecting my mental health. I would always be restricted that it would end up in binging and weight gain. So I decided to try something new with people who would motivate me and keep me accountable.
I read a lot of reviews about how Leiere is very good at what she does and how supportive she is. Also hearing the people talking about how flexible the diet is and how delicious the meals are. And mainly the progress pictures that I saw convinced me that this Challenge is exactly what I need.
I used to think that I can’t lose weight eating anything more than 1 000 calories and that starch and sugar is something that should be completely cut out of my diet. I would only eat protein and vegetables and avoid all other foods to a point where I had such bad cravings that it just resulted in binging. But with LFF everything changed. It taught me that I can have tasty foods from all food groups if there is a balance and that when your body gets all the right foods it needs you don’t have cravings.
I feel very proud of myself, and very excited for the future because finally I have diets that could be made into a lifestyle without restrictions. I feel much better about how I look and my relationship with food is finally good. I used to have such a bad relationship with food but Lei changed that forever.
I really enjoyed the food. Getting new meal plans every second week was so exciting. Every meal was so tasty and Lei’s recipes never seem to disappoint. Being able to see all my calories and the amount of fat, protein and carbs and the planning of it all was very convenient.
