Challenge 1: “So I found out about Leiere and her Challenges 2 days before sign ups opened and there was no debating whether I should do it or not. I have been looking for some guidance for a long time in eating the right foods, meal prepping, weight training and overall fitness. It’s just been difficult to find a reliable coach until I came across Leiere. She’s so motivating, is always there for the girls for anything and is real which I love so much. This journey has been absolutely amazing, difficult at times but so worth it. There more I continued on the 8-week journey the more I realized that it’s easy to turn this Challenge into a lifestyle. This challenge is definitely an amazing experience. I’ve learnt so much and not only about eating and training but also about myself and how dedication and staying consistent as possible is possible and so rewarding. I’ve gained confidence in my training and not being worried about getting bulky from using weights.
Thanks so much Leiere for absolutely everything!! I feel SOO much more confident in myself, not that I didn’t feel confident and love my body before. I knew, before starting this challenge that I had bad eating habits but I didn’t know or have the motivation to get out of it until I discovered Leiere and her Challenges.
Challenge 2: Lei, I don’t even know where to start, this has been one of the BESTTTT decisions I’ve ever made This is my second LFF Challenge that I’ve completed and Leiere has outdone herself once again. I joined the Burn It Challenge in hopes on getting myself on the right track training wise as well as to get into a healthy eating habit. But I got more than just that. Throughout the two Challenges Leiere has taught me so much about nutrition and training. I know so much more now than I did before, which has made me way more confident in my training. Each recipe is so delicious, creative, and exciting, there is literally not one boring thing I have eaten in both Challenges. Theses Challenges have also taught me so much about myself and my body and has shown me what I’m really capable of. I’ve achieved goals that I always thought “agh one day I’ll get there”. I’m so proud of myself and the journey I decided to take 20 weeks ago. Lei has been the biggest motivator. Her messages literally make my day and reassure me every time that I’m on the right track and doing the right thing. I started this Challenge for myself and I’m feeling so happy and confident. My body is feeling super healthy and strong. Thanks Leiere for such an amazing opportunity and journey!
