“I was never super skinny, but also never overweight. I was comfortable in my own skin. But then lockdown came and I started gaining weight and stopped working out. I was very unhappy with myself. My favorite jean did not fit my anymore and I knew I had to do something about it. I decided to join the Burn It Challenge after I saw the amazing results of the girls from the Hourglass Challenge 1.0. The workout and meal program was challenging but not as challenging as the mental part of this challenge. I struggled with cravings, but Leiere always added a little surprise to the meal plan (the peanut butter treat is still my favourite). I’m so proud of myself for doing the Challenge and I have learned a lot about food and how to have a healthy relationship with food.
