CHECK INS AND PHOTOS

Progress photos can be extremely motivating and it is essential for tracking your progress over the duration of this Challenge.

We will have biweekly check ins that will take place on every second Friday. Please follow the instructions carefully when taking and submitting your photos.

If you are someone who prefers to track your progression with numbers, you can keep track of your measurements by using the Measurements Guide, however it’s not compulsory! I recommend to log your data twice, before and after the 8 week Challenge!

Please take check ins seriously, girls! I won’t be following up on individual check ins, so stay consistent and show your commitment by checking in on time.

  5. WEAR MINIMAL CLOTHING (A BIKINI OR SPORTS BRA AND CHEEKY UNDERWEAR)
  6. TAKE A NATURAL AND RELAXED STANCE
  7. LOOK AT THE SAMPLE PHOTOS

    3. RAISE YOUR ARMS FOR FRONT AND BACK SHOTS
    4. DON’T COVER UP ANY PART OF THE PHOTO
    5. DON’T MIX UP YOUR SIDES (LEFT OR RIGHT)
