“I learnt so many things! I learnt the importance of planning and time management when it comes to both these aspects: knowing what and when you should eat is so helpful when it your day gets busy and definitely helps with those unnecessary cravings, in terms of training I’ve seen how little effort it actually takes to do a workout when you actually know what you need and what exactly you need to do. I’ve seen the benefits of having a well set out training plan, that does not neglect any part of your body. I’ve seen that results can come from consistency and that eating healthy is not boring or restricting if you do it correctly and that definitely changed my perspective of nutrition. It also made me aware that my lifestyle and activity before this challenge was not as good as I thought it was and equipped me with the needed skills to really live a healthy and active lifestyle. Mentally I’ve grown so strong in terms of “you really can do it all- if your committed to your goal”, learning how to balance all my responsibilities of life while doing this Challenge.

Before this Challenge I thought my lifestyle was good enough, but now seeing what I can look and feel like I’m so shocked. To explain it in simple terms- I feel HOT and confident. Knowing your body is getting all the nutrients it needs and your body looking toned and healthy can only make you feel confident. My heart and my mind is really happy. I feel motivated to continue this journey, because I’m a walking result of what happens when you actually try.

Every single aspect works so well with one another and I’m not left in the dark after this Challenge. I have so many healthy recipes I can still play around with, with all the information I need and many different workouts and different exercises I can swap around and make my own. It was definitely difficult at the beginning, as old habits do die hard, but I loved every second of it!”
