SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT

The contract for the regular supply of the periodical PRE|EMPT monthly products (subscription contract) is concluded when an order is placed by the subscriber and confirmed by http://www.leierefalck.co.za. Commencement of delivery constitutes confirmation.

 

TERM OF THE CONTRACT

In the case of fixed-term subscriptions, the contract ends when the term of the contract expires, or the contract is cancelled. Minimum term subscriptions continue as open-ended subscriptions when the minimum subscription period ends. The minimum period for a subscription is 3,6,12 months excluding a 1-month trial subscription.

PAYMENT

Subscription prices include postage, courier fees and value-added tax at the applicable rate.  The fees for a monthly subscription can only be be paid by credit card.  In each case, the subscription price is payable before next shipment is shipped and in advance. Long-term prepayment discounts are not available.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION

You have the right to cancel the subscription without stating any reasons. Cancellations can be made on my account page of http://www.leierefalck.co.za.  A 30 day notice period is required and to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via email at customerservice@leierefalck.co.za of your decision to cancel.

 

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

You can manage your subscription via the my account page, subscription options, for cancellations or upgrades.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

Any order due within the 30 day period will still be processed.

 

UPGRADE OF SUBSCRIPTION

You may upgrade your subscription any time within the contract period via the my account page on http://www.leierefalck.co.za.

 

LATE PAYMENT

http://www.leierefalck.co.za may suspend deliveries in the event of late payment by the subscriber.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is by post or courier.

 

CHANGES AND REDIRECTION

Delivery changes may be made at any time by updating your address timorously before the next product is dispatched.  Changes of mailing, the delivery address must be notified to http://www.leierefalck.co.za  in good time. Changes in the method of payment and changes of account are permitted by updating your payment option via my account page.

 

INTERRUPTIONS IN DELIVERY

In the case of force majeure (stoppages, strikes, lockouts) and in the event of interrupted delivery  due to circumstances beyond the publishing company’s control, we will not be liable for failure to deliver the periodical or for any compensation.

 

PRICE CHANGES

Price changes or changes in terms of delivery will be notified by email.

 

LIABILITY OF THE SELLER

The liability of the seller is confined to willful intent and gross negligence. Liability towards registered traders is limited to the cost of a year’s subscription.

 

CONCLUDING PROVISIONS

As a subscriber, you agree that your personal details will be electronically processed and stored for the purpose of the contract.  In the case of contracts with registered traders or equivalent persons, the place of jurisdiction for both parties is South Africa as of 01.05.2019.  © 2019 http://www.leierefalck.co.za
