First Challenge: “I have always been fit and have been going to the gym for years and I really enjoy working out and staying active but my nutrition was what was holding me back from getting the results I wanted. Thanks to LFF I learned a lot on what nutrition I need to get the results! This Challenge really challenged me. The workout program was really great and I loved that it changed every 2 weeks, I tend to get bored easily by doing the same workouts or same meal plan for too long, so the change every 2 weeks was really great! I feel great after these 8 weeks and can really see change!
This Challenge showed me that you don’t need to only eat chicken breast and egg whites to get the results! You really can eat things you like and still get the results. I feel a lot more confident in my skin and a lot fitter and stronger! Thanks, Leiere!”
Second Challenge: “I did my first LFF Challenge in the beginning of the year and I was really surprised of how much I loved it. What i love about the Challenges is how they keep me motivated. Nutrition is what has always kept me a step behind and keeping me from reaching my goals, but with Leiere’s meal plans and recipe library, nutrition has never been better and i can now see what a big impact it has on my overall progress and that motivates me even more. I am a lot more confident and definitely won’t be self conscious walking in my bikini on the beach this December. I am currently stronger and fitter & in the best shape I have been since maybe high school. Thanks Leiere for making the Challenges so fun and always motivating us LFF babes.
